THE STUDIOS
Alamanda Studios features two recording studios. The 425 sq. ft A room, designed by Ross Alexander, is fully acoustically treated and soundproofed for writing, recording and mixing. The B room is a smaller writing /production room or office to accommodate all types of projects. Both studios have views of the verdant and tropical Florida gardens.
THE SUITES
Alamanda is equipped with 2 suites both with private bathrooms. There are also a number of world class hotels nearby which makes Alamanda the perfect destination for artist projects and small camps. The home is also equipped with all the comforts of home with kitchen, dining and living rooms. Studio A also has a projection system making it a theater by night.
LOCATION
Alamanda Studios is located in the private 24h guard gated neighborhood of Keystone Point. The studio is 7 minutes from the beach, shopping and incredible restaurants in Bal Harbour. Alamanda is also only minutes from Miami Beach, Wynwood, Downtown and everything Miami has to offer, accessible yet secluded and tranquil. Both MIA and FLL airports are 30 minutes away allowing for flexibility in travel.
